For this writing prompt I found it very difficult to write only 100 words. I didn’t know what was most important and what I should leave out. I tried my best to follow Gilda Williams’s advice about focusing on What is it?, What does it mean?, and Why does it matter?.

Writing prompt 3: Write 100 words about this piece

This still shows Will Gill’s site specific sculpture piece entitled, Green Chair. This image shows single chair, made out of steel however, it resembles an average wooden kitchen chair. The only different is it is bright green, and on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. Will Gill has a collection of photographs of his green chair during different seasons and weather conditions. As the natural elements change, the chair remains. This s specific still shows the small chair seconds away from being slammed by violent waves coming towards it. This still alone, questions the relationship between nature and manmade objects.
